Those trained in transformative, integrative and energy focused modalities are able to offer empowering assistance to others. PEAT is complementary to other modalities of self help and professional treatment and is not intended as replacement. PEAT and other energy focused therapies all utilize touch stimulation of acupoints, guided imagery and language protocols. PEAT was developed by Zivorad Mihajlovic Slavinski, author and clinical psychologist of Belgrade, Serbia. His book, "PEAT-Primordial Energy Activation and Transcendance" was first published in english in 2001, revised in 2006 and is available from this website as an ebook and paperback publication.
PEAT is gaining recognition among many trained in alternative therapies as a powerful and effective method to release internal conflict. Unconscious self sabotage can be followed to its root cause, which is manifested as polarities in our world of duality. These opposing forces can then be reconciled at their deepest level.
PEAT and other energy focused methods can be used for Goal Achievement for both personal and career applications. People helpers of all kinds including therapists, counselors, social workers, career guidance facilitators, life coaches and healing coaches have found alternative and integrative methods valuable both personally and for their clients.
